I feel the joint wrap is working well. I have much fewer bad days. I'm taking off one star because the battery's life is extremely short. It needs to be recharged every 4-5 uses which seems pretty excessive to me. I also think it would be a good idea to have more than one size joint wrap. It's extremely large on my knee and don't think I'd ever be able to use it on a smaller joint (ie. Elbow).

I really like the Infraredi wrap. It is easy to use and has good capacity to give plenty of use between charges. It provides a really pleasant warmth and seems to do me some good. It’s now part of my morning routine. The elastic wrap does not suit me however and could be redesigned to be more “one size fits all”. I couldn’t find a way to use it without Velcro hooks right on my skin.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
