I purchased this product from the advice of a friend. She is an avid pickleball player at 78 years of age and was dealing with shoulder issues and said since purchasing hers it’s been great. Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
