Our family does a lot of high impact sports and even my children get sore muscles or injuries like sprains in their activities. I love my Infraredi joint wrap. I suffer from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. I have been managing pain my entire life - trying the newest exercise , product, and supplement. I am often disappointed in the results. That is not the case with i the Infraredi joint wrap.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
