I’ve found this heavy to move around because I live on my own. It’s very easy to use now that I’ve positioned it against a wall permanently. There’s no way that I could have lifted it on to a door.
Regarding treatments I don’t feel that I ‘ve had enough treatments yet as I missed nearly half of my 60 days because I had a holiday and then one of my sons was seriously ill and I was away from home.
I think on Monday I may return and consider a different size.

Well I have been using it for almost a month now regularly for about 20 mins a day. I do feel that it helps in faster recovery from gym workout. Particularly, it helps with recovery from muscle soaring and joint strains. However I am not so sure yet whether it’s a quick short term pain relief due to the heat or if it provides in longterm benefits. I do have a dermalux device at home and infraredi is certainly much more powerful. Then again they for different purposes.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
