I have been in touch with Joyce a couple of times with questions she has answered quickly and I have followed her advice. Since using my flex max plus, the small area of psoriasis on my right shin has faded somewhat. The other marks on my back and shoulder have yet to show signs of improvement.
When using my plus I sit on a lower chair so that the rays cover my body from head to toe. I do hope I am using my plus properly. I do find the plus convenient to use and it takes up

I didn’t know what to expect, but honestly this is one of the best purchases I have made in a really long time. I can feel a difference in my body, see a difference in my skin, and I also find my sleep is so improved with this panel. Little things I have noticed that I wouldn’t have thought about even. Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
