This unit is the third one I got from this company. Had ordered another but there was a glitch and was able to return it hassle free. This company stands behind their products and really listen to the client. I got this unit a few months ago and I should have written a review then but wanted to use it multiple times before I did so. I am a victim of a catastrophic car accident and have been dealing with intense pain since then. I use this daily on day deferent areas of the body that were injured and am finding it helps not only with the pain but also helps mobility in areas injured. I worked with Joyce throughout the process of finding the unit that has given me the most benefit. I was also recommended by my pain specialist. Relief comes with constant use. Works as designed don't know how I lived without it for so long.
