I like the size of this unit and the fact that it’s rechargeable; very portable!

It is a little difficult to hold onto but I had read a suggestion about using a cell phone pop socket and that was a perfect solution. I like that I can direct the light to specific areas around my head and neck.

I would have appreciated a manual for using the Infraredi light. I had borrowed a larger system from a friend so I know what could be available. When I emailed the Infraredi team they provided guidelines but it would have been appropriate to send a manual or a link to a site for guidance on use.

Overall though, the unit itself is perfect for my needs.

Consistent use of the infrared (once per day) has helped significantly reduce the pain from my hip osteoarthritis.

i'm enjoying my micro quite a bit. it's quite powerful and the battery lasts surprisingly long time for the size. I think in terms of small portable panels its up there. infraredi customer service is great, I had an issue with my first panel but they replaced it immediately no questions asked. No major complaints and the product is reliable and convenient. 1-2 minor things for the next iteration -- first, it gets pretty hot, so it would be nice to have some type of heat absorbing case or lining (like an iPhone case), second -- its very slippery and lacks a handle. the form factor is nice and thin, but I had to add a pop socket to the back to make it easier to hold and use. these are fairly small complaints though, overall I'm fully onboard and cannot wait to see what else this company has in store.

The micro worked great on my dog. He was injured 2 years ago and now his back is hurting. We used it 5 days of the week and he is doing much better.

My only issue would be that it does not come with clear, detailed written instructions(not online) as to where to place the box and at which of the 3 settings(ex don't know when i would use setting 1) for issues such as stress, headache, mental clarity due to burn out and things as such.
