We bought this for my husband to take as he travels a lot for work. We have one of the bigger panels at home. It really seems to help with his back pain/neck pain when it flairs up, and my tendonitis that I’m prone to. Great little unit on the whole and extremely bright!
Sad it doesn’t come with a little stand or with the option to buy one.
Its not dimmable either unlike another Ive seen on another site after purchasing this as its extremely bright even with goggles on!
I do however like the fact its portable and rechargeable.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
